Heavy Duty AC Stair Lift
The AmeriGlide HD is a heavy-duty stair lift based on the already robust AmeriGlide AC. It uses the same high-strength steel cable lift system but comes with an upgraded motor and an extra-wide, extra-strength seat that supports up to 500 pounds. This makes the AmeriGlide HD the strongest stair lift we offer.
The AmeriGlide HD is also an AC stair lift. This means that the motor runs directly off your home's power. There are no batteries to replace, but it will not run during a power outage. This stair lift should not be installed on staircases less than 36" wide.
