The Seat and Tiller Cover is a two piece cover system for your mobility scooter. The seat cover protects the seat from moisture while it is parked. The tiller cover protects the scooter's tiller, of course, but you can leave the cover on the tiller and still operate the scooter because the cover has a clear panel and gives you room for your hands.
