| A Little About Myself | I am the daughter of the patient receiving the liftchair. |
| Pros | Chair works great and is firm, sturdy, and comfortable. |
| Cons | So far none, but I hope the fabric holds up, it doesn't seem as durable as I was hoping. |
| Service & Delivery | Delivery driver went above and beyond call of duty, so that was wonderful. Thank you. |
| Overall very pleased with service, product, and value. I own a DME company, but we do not handle lift chairs, so in the future I will refer others to this site. | |

| Pros | Easy to assemble. Fabric is of a quality material. It was easy to teach my father in law to use. Working with representative was pleasant. The chair came sooner than expected. |
| Cons | Driver would not bring it into my house house. I had issues problems bringing the unassembled lift chair into my house, by myself. |
