The Victory 9 scooter from Pride Mobility takes the outstanding Victory 10 and repackages it in a smaller frame. The Victory 9 still features the latest scooter features such as non-scuffing low-profile tires, ultra bright LED headlights, and a Delta tiller. The Victory 9 also comes with a lightweight seat that uses viscoelastic foam, an off-board charger, and an auto-connecting front-to-rear harness. The LED lights are used in the headlights and also in the battery meter. This means you'll always know how much charge is left in the batteries, in any visibility setting.

This is the 3-wheel version. The 3-wheel version of the Victory 9 has greater maneuverability than the 4-wheel version.
