Hi-Low Basic Adjustable Bed
The Hi-Low Basic adjustable bed combines independent head and foot operation with hi-low operation. The Hi-Low Basic can adjust vertically 12 inches, and, at the lowest setting, the Hi-Low Basic is only 21" from the top of the mattress to the ground. This greatly assists in transfers and makes patient care much easier on the caregiver.
The Hi-Low Basic comes with an orthopedic mattress with cloth cover and thermally protected motors. The mattress contours with the base without bulging or losing support and the edges will not crumble during transfers. The Hi-Low Basic is compatible with most Hoyer systems as well. A foam mattress upgrade is available, too. It consists of layers of high density foam and memory foam with an edge guard to help prevent rollouts.

| Pros | The bed itself is excellent. White glove set up service was wonderful. They were polite, professional and capable. Bed was together in a very short time. Purchased the foam mattress and it's very comfortable for sitting up and sleeping. Purchased the big button control and it's really good for me as I don't see well. |
| Cons | The bed is made with pre-drilled holes on both sides at the head for bed rails. At the bottom it has a foot retainer & 2 side retainers. Could not order side rails(safety issues at Assisted Living). I was not informed that the top of the mattress would have nothing on the sides at the head, to keep mattress on foundation. |
| Service & Delivery | Delivery was very good. Service is poor. Contacted your company several times and was ignored. No return response from Goldenrest either. Should have been a simple solution, but no one would get back to me. Will NOT be recommending your company, but the bed is great. |
